The cardio room (660 sq. ft.) currently stations 3 treadmills, 1 elliptical machine,1 recumbent bike, 1 spin bike and a rowing machine. All cardio machines are commercial quality and feature monitors that adjust exercise programs, measure time, distance and heart rates (some require you to wear your own heart rate monitoring belt). The room has ample space for stretching and core exercising. Mats, medicine balls, large fitness balls, Bosu Balls, skip ropes and bands are all found in the cardio room. A 49" LED high definition (MaxTV) is available for those who want to watch some HDTV while they exercise.
